What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity of this product is 12 units.

Can I buy less than the minimum quantity?
Most of the items with a specified minimum can be purchased with an absolute minimum of half the stated number. For example, if an item states a minimum of 100 pieces, you are able to purchase 50 items with a $60 less-than-minimum (LTM) fee.
Can I have samples of the items before I buy?
We offer two ways to sample our products:

- Purchased Samples: Most items are available for purchase as blank samples. You can order up to 3 blank units to review before committing to a larger order. Contact us for more details!

Changes can typically be made before proof approval. Once your design is approved, production begins, and further changes may not be possible. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust anything.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production times vary based on the product and order size, but most items are produced within 7–10 business days after proof approval. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can accommodate split shipments for your order. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of destinations. Let us know during checkout or reach out to our team to arrange this.
