Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving final written approval from you. This approval includes confirmation of customizations such as logos and product details.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options. Delivery times are based on the chosen shipping method and your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.
Custom-Branded Products
- Orders for custom-branded items require written approval of design and product details before shipping. We will begin the decoration process only after receiving this final approval.
- Due to the custom nature of these items, processing times may vary. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide estimated delivery times once production has begun.
In-House Fulfillment
- All products are fulfilled in-house by SEW Co. This allows us to offer high-quality manufacturing and quick shipping, ensuring you receive your branded merchandise with speed and precision.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the continental United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us at contact@gearone.com for assistance.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at contact@gearone.com or (770) 423-7300 for assistance.
- If your shipment is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you updated on the status of your order.
