Our return and exchange policy backs up our guarantee and aims to provide our customers with 1000% satisfaction. That's 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time.
Our customer service team is here to help you with any issues with your order! We promise to help you to the best of our abilities before, during, or after it is delivered. Returns and Exchanges are no exception, and they are handled by our customer service team as well.
All apparel returns and exchanges must go through customer services and have an approved RMA number. GearOne will not accept items returned without an RMA.Blank Apparel (non-decorated)
Blank Apparel items can be returned for a refund or credit, replaced with an identical item, or exchanged with an item of equal or lesser value within 5 days of receipt.
All items must be in "as-new" condition including tags and packaging.
Restocking fees may apply on some return types.
Return shipping to GearOne may be required on some returns.

Decorated items that contain a manufacturing defect or a defective decoration can be replaced with an identical item within 10 days of receipt.
Due to the permanent nature of customization, Decorated Apparel items cannot be returned .
Due to the permanent nature of customization, Decorated Apparel items cannot be exchanged .
Remember, blank samples can be ordered of any apparel item, and all logos are customer approved before production.

GearOne donates all decorated returned merchandise that is fit to wear to the needy. If you do not wish for your decorated returned merchandise to be donated, please specify in your RMA process with customer service.
