What will my logo look like? / What is a Pre-Production Proof?
You will see a real embroidery sample on a fabric similar to your ordered garments for approval before production. We call this sample embroidery a Pre-Production Proof, and it is free with every custom order.
How do I communicate artwork for my order?
Artwork and special instructions are submitted in one of three ways after activating the 'Get it Customized' pop-up on any of our product pages.
Choice 1 - Upload file(s) as you checkout
Simply upload the best artwork you have available and checkout. Our upload tool accepts a long list of file types including all print/embroidery/document types. If you have multiple files and are not sure which is best, upload all of them, we will take care of everything and contact you if we need any help.
Choice 2 - Have the Art Team Contact You by E-Mail
(after placing your order)
Select this option and all artwork will be communicated through E-Mails after your order is placed. Simply reply to our E-Mails with the best art files you have available and any special instructions you have.
Choice 3 - Contact GearOne by Phone after placing your order
Select this option and we will wait for you to call to discuss your decoration. Our creative services department is available Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM EST. If we do not hear from you within 2-3 business days we will attempt to contact you by E-Mail, then by phone.
When do I provide Special Instructions?
You can provide special instructions in the comments section as you checkout, or through E-Mail by replying to the confirmation E-Mail that is sent after placing your order.
What if I need names on my shirts in addition to my logo?
Simply select the decoration locations you want, use one of the 3 artwork submission methods listed above, and checkout with your order. We will confirm all details of your custom decoration through E-Mail and show you what they will look like before they are decorated.

GearOne has tier pricing on all apparel and accessory items. Discounts for each item are provided when you reach a tier quantity.
Our basic tiers for apparel and apparel accessories are:
12+, 24+, 36+, 48+, 72+, 144+, and 288+
All items in your cart contribute to your tier calculation - including all sizes, colors, and styles.
Be sure to plan your orders, as sometimes adding just a few pieces can lower the overall cost significantly.
Why does Gear One have Tier Pricing?
GearOne manufactures and warehouses apparel and promotional items. Processing lager orders and order quantities that fit neatly into standard case box sizes saves us time and money. When you place an order that creates greater efficiency for us, we pass those savings on to you.
Q: Does the quantity discount only apply to the specific size/color?
The quantity discount applies to all combinations of size and color. For example, if you buy 15 medium blue t-shirts and 12 large red polo shirts, your cart quantity total would equal 15+12=27 items, and you would receive the 24+ piece quantity discount on all items.
*We do make exceptions to our tier pricing to provide additional discounts on a per order basis, contact a sales representative to discuss any needs you may have regarding an exception.

Large pallet shipments are shipped via LTL truck or local courier. Overnight and Second Day Air shipments are available through Customer Service.
Special Shipping Arrangements
We can accommodate orders being shipped to hotels or conference centers on specific dates. To coordinate special requests please call or email our customer service department.
Once your order has been shipped you can log into your customer account and see your order along with the shipping tracking number and a link to the UPS website where you can track the shipment
