GearOne guarantees all aspects of the products listed on its website to be fairly represented including but not limited to product details and descriptions, prices, delivery times stated, and all customer support claims about the our custom decoration processes.
GearOne guarantees all aspects of the orders placed on its website to be fairly represented including but not limited to the total cost of an order matching the billing amount, all items ordered to match those delivered, and the total quantity of items billed to match the amount delivered.
Price Match Guarantee
GearOne will match our competitiors on-line retail prices for any identical item sold on the GearOne store.
To qualify for a price match, the purchase quantity, brand, decoration, and order details must be identical to the competing offer. The item must also be currently available for sale in the same quantity as your prospective purchase.
We reserve the right to not match prices on items that are part of a promotion, have been discontinued, are not first quality, or with costs that cannot be confirmed.
