Apparel Products Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges must go through customer service and have a RMA number issued within 10 days of receipt.

Blank Apparel items can be returned for a refund or credit, replaced with an identical item, or exchanged with an item of equal or lesser value.

Decorated Apparel items that contain a manufacturing defect or a defective decoration can be replaced with an identical item within 10 days of receipt.

Due to the permanent nature of customization, Decorated Apparel items cannot be returned.

When do I upload my artwork?
Art is after the cart! All artwork is communicated through E-Mails after your order has been placed. Simply reply to our custom decoration E-Mails with the best art files you have available.

When do I provide Special Instructions?
We will ask for any details relating to your artwork in the E-Mail sent requesting your art files.

What will my logo look like? / What is a Pre-Production Proof?
We will e-mail you a real embroidery sample on a fabric similar to your ordered garments for approval before production. We call this sample embroidery a pre- production proof, and it is free with every custom order.

What if I need names on my shirts in addition to my logo?
Simply select two decoration locations and checkout with your order. We will get the details of your custom decoration through e-mails and show you what they will look like.
